"Pray the Rosary every day in order to obtain peace in the world" - Our Lady of Fatima, 1917
The Rosary is prayed in the following manner:
Make the Sign of the Cross: In the Name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
Pray the Apostle's Creed: Found in Common Prayers section.
Pray one Our Father, Three Hail Mary's, and One Glory Be: Also found in Common Prayers section.
Pray each of the five 'decades' of the Rosary. A decade consists one one Our Father, ten Hail Marys, and one Glory Be. While praying the ten Hail Mary's for each of the five decades, you may want to meditate on the mysteries outlined below. Each set of mysteries offers one meditation for each of the five decades of the Rosary.

Conclusion
Hail, holy Queen, mother of mercy, our life, our sweetness, and our hope. To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve. To thee do we send up our sighs mourning and weeping in this valley of tears. Turn then, most gracious advocate, thine eyes of mercy toward us, and after this our exile show us the blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus. O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary. Pray for us, O Holy Mother of God. That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.
Let us Pray:
O God, Whoes only-begotton son, by his life, death, and resurrection, has purchased for us the rewards of eternal life, grant, we beseech you, that meditating upon these mysteries of the most holy rosary of the Blessed Virgin Mary, we may imitate what they contain, imitate what they promise, through the same Christ out Lord. Amen
