Those Covenant Teen charge a certain  amount per teen?
No, unless the parish want to do an all inclusive package. The cost per person is determined at the parish level.

Who pays for the meals at the Retreat?
meals are paid by the parish and/or organization unless they are part of an inclusive package.

What other additional costs should we expect as a parish?
Basics: Mileage, lodging (if needed) and extra travel meals --- any donation above the basics would be great to keep up with wear and tare of equipment. 

What is an inclusive package?
It is a package put together by Covenant Teen and the host parish to cover all costs of the retreat.

How many people are going to be here from the retreat team?  (food purposes)
The team usually consists of about 6 Young Adults and/or a married couple.  If the group is larger than 100 teens, sometimes we add a few more. We will let the host parish know one week prior to the retreat.
 

Do we need to find a place for the team to sleep on Friday night?
That would be nice, but if you cannot, we will find a place.  Just let us know. We usually like to keep the males and females separately. Host homes are fine for lodging and to save money for the parish.

 

Do we need to keep the registration forms from the parishes, or should we get them to you somehow?
We take them up at the retreat, (keep a copy for yourselves) but we do need the group registration form at least 8 days in advance.  The host parish can register teens at the door if they so desire since they have to organize the meals.
 

Will you have shirts available for purchase?  If so, how much will they be?
Yes, we do have shirts for sale at $10.00 (small - Large) $15.00 (Xl and up) each and can either be paid by the church (registration package) or at the door.

What are the age groups in which you can attend he retreat?
usually it is from 7th grade through 12th grade unless it is specify on the registration form.

Is there any way we can get a copy of the itinerary for the day so that we can plan when to have meals and when the breaks are so we can have snacks available?
Yes, we will send a copy of the retreat to your pastor and a itinerary to the contact and pastor for approval after booking Covenant Teen.
 

Are these retreats brought to the church or would we be responsible for developing the retreat?
The retreats are developed, organized, and executed by Covenant Teen with the help of the Amarillo Diocesan Youth Office.

Does Covenant Teen have other items for sale?
Yes, Covenant Teen will have a table with additional items for sale.
