Covenant Teen will work with your budget. Coveannt Teen works on a zero balance outcome, in other words Covenant Teen focus is not to make money but to help the parishes minister to the teens.
Preparation for cost of the retreat:
Normally
$15.00 per person (pays for retreat t-shirt, retreat supplies)
$350.00 Team Stipend
Host parish Address x State Mileage (changes) per mile from 4512 NE 24th Ave. Amarillo, Texas 79107 for one vehicle
Travel and Set Up meals Approximaltey $10.00 per team member.
Break down and travel meals Approximately $10.00 per team member.
Lodging at least two rooms or three rooms per night or host homes
How to keep cost low for the parish:
1. Ask an organization to donate one of the meals and snacks (KofC, Guadulupanas, Charismatic, ACTS community, Cursillo etc).
2. Ask a business to sponsor the team stipend.
3. Ask parishners to host the retreat team for lodging purposes.
4. Ask parisheners that do not have youth in their household to sponsor a teen to attend the retreat for family that has more than one attending or those who need financial assistance.
5. No recommended: Do not have retreat t-shirts for the paricipants ($10.00 less per participant)

One night lodging: $350.00 (3 rooms - males, females and sometimes the couple)

40 participants paying $40.00 each
