Registration – Download the registration forms and send to your youth minister/contact in your home parish with total fee establish by your parish as soon as possible (NOTE: PARISH DEADLINES). Youth Registration Forms “E”; Adult Registration Forms “C”. No one will be let in without the Registration Forms.
